Fitness is not just about pumping iron. It’s science. One that requires you to understand your body. Because each one of us is unique in our physiology. Some of us burn fat easily and some of us gain it faster than the speed of light; some of us can endure while others experience fatigue at the drop of a hat. Understanding how our bodies work and how our bodies adapt to change is what drives the fundamentals of fitness. As a fitness trainer, my role is not to make you pump an extra pound or do an extra rep. My role is to help you understand your body best and then work towards your fitness goals based on how your body starts responding to the regimen, the diet and the supplements you ought to take. Ultimately, fitness is all about showing up without delaying it for another day. Look forward to seeing a fitter you.
