Lebon’s Main equipment: Grinding head 2.2KW; each grinding head has 4 inner bearings - 3 are Nanan 6208 and 1 is 30208. Grinding head’s long shaft is 496 mm and the short shaft is 455 mm; both of which are made of stainless-steel 304. The diameter of the conveying roller is 156 mm; the length of the upper rubber roller is 2100 mm, while that of the lower rubber roller is 2460 mm. Bearings are Nanan T210 and F210. The two bearings in the grinding head of Guangdong machine shakes during processing, which affects the quality of the grinding plate. The LEBON 8K Mirror Polishing Machine is sealed with nylon on both sides of the grinding head shaft to ensure the life of the bearings in the grinding head.

Lebon’s Mirror polishing machine’s rack is assembled and welded with the National Standard square tube (20#, 18# channel steel) and 200*200 mm H section steel; Mirror polishing machine’s auxiliary equipment (Cleaning, drying, laminating rack) adopts the National Standard square tube (18#, 14#, 12# channel steel); Lebon’s conveying rack is welded and assembled by National Standard square tube (8# channel steel). The mirror polishing machine’s main body of the equipment is 22 tons, with strong rigidity and stable operation. But These main parts from other companies in the stainless-steel market use lower standard with thin structure and the total weight of the equipment is usually around 15 tons only.
