Our Timber Pest Inspection involves a thorough visual inspection of the interior, including the roof void and sub-floor where access is possible, and exterior of the property for active termites, evidence of termite damage and other timber pest such as borers and fungal decay plus all conducive conditions for termite attack are noted.
