Long Island Futsal League

After last winter's successful friendlies in Costa Rica and Canada, select U.S. Youth Futsal boys and girls teams will travel to Colombia, July 25 to Aug. 1. Each team will have 3 International Friendly Matches which will be led by U.S. Youth Futsal National Coaching Staff. The age groups that will travel to Colombia are as followis. Girls: U13, U14 and U16. Boys: U14, U16 and U18.Teams will stay in Medellin, one of the most modern and fastest-growing cities in Latin America. The teams will train and play at Estadio Tulio Ospina and El Coliseo Cubierto de Itagüi . The visit will include a day of training, a day of adventure and a day off for shopping and local sightseeing.Matches will pit the United States national teams against Colombian regional, national and sub-professional teams.Colombia is the host of the 2016 FIFA Futsal World Cup, which will take place September 10 - October 1.U.S. Youth Futsal national teams will have an opportunity to visit the Cup facilities and
