We provide structured and directed therapy to individuals facing the challenges of adjusting to a new life circumstance, stuck in negative patterns of behaviour or thought, or are not coping well. At Shift, we seek to empower our clients and equip them with the skills to create positive, impactful and lasting change. Our clients are the change-makers, but we facilitate the development of their self-awareness and coping skills, the removal of negative effects of distressing events or childhood circumstances and the development of new ways of viewing the world, themselves and others.
