Note
Cast stainless steel impellers are key fluid machinery components that are formed by injecting molten stainless steel (such as corrosion-resistant alloys such as 304, 316 or duplex steel) into a precision mold and cooling and solidifying it. This process can achieve the overall molding of complex curved blades, combining high strength with excellent corrosion resistance, and is suitable for harsh environments such as water pumps and turbines. After casting, heat treatment is usually performed to eliminate internal stress, and CNC finishing is used to ensure dimensional accuracy and dynamic balance performance. The final impeller has the characteristics of wear resistance, cavitation resistance and long-term stable operation, and is widely used in chemical, marine, energy and other fields.
