The tubular belt conveyor, also known as the pipe conveyor belt, is a type of conveyor belt that features a tubular shape, providing a closed system for conveying a variety of bulk materials. It consists of steel cord or high tenacity canvas as the carcass, the high strength and abrasion resistant rubber as the top and bottom cover of the belt. Unlike conventional conveyor belts with flat or troughed designs, tubular conveyor belt provide a sealed tube for conveyed materials to prevent spillage, dust emissions, and environmental contamination.
