Aconitine (AC), an active/toxic alkaloid from Aconitum species, is commonly present in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) prescriptions because of the great effectiveness of Aconitum for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular diseases, and tumors in clinic.
