Orthopedic Expert Witness

Dr powell is a fellowship-trained and board-certified orthopedic surgeon in Burbank California. He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, and Twentieth Century Orthopedic Association. He has served on the Boards of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, United Cerebral Palsy, and MusiCares, the charity arm of the GRAMMYs.
