Our yoga and hot yoga classes are provided by experienced and fully qualified yoga teachers in Cumbernauld who are passionate about blending flexibility, strength, and endurance with focused breathing and relaxation of the mind as well as improving core strength. Your core is your entire support system. We offer boxing classes that incorporate flexibility, endurance, and improve cardio fitness as well as your general health. Our Boxing classes in Cumbernauld help people relieve stress by working their entire body during the workout. Expect high-intensity movement to get those endorphins flowing!
