Excellent customer service with a very well-oiled booking and deposit system, and great communication from Andrew the whole way through. Very friendly and easily contactable. Andy was fantastic and responsive over the phone to all of our wedding needs! We hired foldable chairs for the ceremony, tables and chairs for the party, 300 stemless glasses, eskies and bins, plus two space heaters - Andy organised a last minute replacement when they stopped working. All delivered two days before our event and helped down our steep driveway. Picked up two days after, including dirty glasses. Exactly what we needed for everything to run smoothly. Andy was super easy to communicate with. For us being able to pick up our order was great as we only lived 10mins away from the factory. I did a lot of research on the chairs and tables I wanted and Andy was very competitive price wise and the security bond was very reasonable compared to other companies in Melbourne, and refunded the day we returned our items. Tables and chairs were in great condition and easy to put together/pack away. I just wish I got photos of the table and chairs together because it looked gorgeous. The last photo was in the aftermath of 12 7yr old kids running riot in the house but as you can see the tables and chairs were still standing. 😂

We hired a dance floor for our wedding and it was such a seamless, affordable and stress free process. It was much more cost effective than the other options out there in the market and it looked great. Andrew is really helpful and flexible. When the black edging wouldn't work at our venue (which was not anticipated) he refunded the cost without issue and on his own initiative. You won't regret working with him!
