No carpet! I hate carpet. Loved the floors. Had a microwave and a med size refrigerator. Cute room. Loved that I could pay to keep my car there and catch a shuttle to the airport. Also had a iron with ironing board, coffee maker. If you need anything just ask. They will help if they can. Great staff. Will be staying here again.
Clean and renovated looked like. For the cost it was great! DirecTv and nice TV room had fridge microwave and hardwood floors. The pool was quaint and cute, we didn't get in but there were ppl enjoying it. Was only there for a brief time so we didn't get breakfast, not sure if they had it. I mean I've been to big cities and gotten horrible rooms for this cost. Van Buren is a little dicey in some areas but it's close to downtown. If you're visiting Phoenix this is a nice spot to go to! Also staff was friendly. My guy locked the room key and his wallet inside and they made us another one without hassle. I've been to some hotels that will make you bring your ID back. So annoying. Had a great time and the beds were comfy.
Like this small hotel. Very close to the work. Also quiet neighborhood despite very close to the airport. Clean and well maintained. Staff provides limited toiletries especially toilet paper. Very stingy. Laundry is available and functioning good. Just several steps from room. They provided breakfast bags instead of buffet continental. Swimming pool is open for use. Will return stayed for 10 days
The hotel was good clean and very quiet. The shower head i think is broken or something cuz the water fluid is not good, but my only complain its about the lady in the front desk on Saturday July 18 2020 on the morning she was very rude not friendly and answer to my questions in a bad mood and its not the first time this happens.
This place is a diamond in the rough. It is great how close it is the airport, the rooms are updated and clean, the parking lot is well lit with ample parking spaces, the service was friendly and effective, and free breakfast was a nice touch. Only issue was the surrounding area is kind of rough and a place you don't feel all too safe in, but the hotel itself (more like a motel since you enter from the outside) was worth it!
