YOU NEED TO GET STRONGER TO FEEL BETTER

At Strength House we recognise that the surest path to peak wellbeing, or helping with unresolved aches and pains is to build strength. The success of our client outcomes reflect that long-lasting results lie in targeted resistance training to stay resilient. We use precise muscle testing to assess specific muscle dysfunction, which is key to understanding anatomical weakness, or strength. We use our knowledge of the anatomy and biomechanics to design the exercise regime your body needs. The result is a strong robust body.

HOW WE CAN HELP YOU

Many of our clients are lucky enough to have no particular issues but are ready to make a positive lifestyle choice. You may have specific fitness goals or simply want to enjoy the increase in energy and resilience that building a robust body brings.

Others find us having heard of our exercise rehab expertise. Perhaps you have unresolved aches and pains despite trying traditional physiotherapy and other treatments. Or your job requires you to sit for long hours, causing stiffness and discomfort in your hips, lower back, shoulders and neck.

We know how badly muscle and joint pain can limit your ability to engage in the physical activities you once enjoyed, and how negatively it can impact your overall quality of life. We're here to help you get stronger, feel better and resolve pain for the long term.
Alongside our team of specialist personal trainers, we have a wealth of experience with the following:

WHY THE STRENGTH HOUSE METHOD™

They say experience is the best teacher. For sure, a frustration with pain is what set us on the path to developing our Strength House Method™. (You can read "Our Story' here) It motivated our immersion in the science of exercise and our drive to find a solution. It's how we know our method works and why we're committed to sharing our learning with those facing a similar situation.

The Strength House method™ can help you resolve muscle, tendon and joint pain, lower your risk of injury and boost your health markers.

THE PROCESS
Personal training City of London

1. ASSESS

We use a biomechanics assessment to pinpoint everything from specific injury pain to niggles built up slowly over time. An optional nutrition assessment follows with the aim to put you back in control of your health.

Intelligent approach using biomechanics that resolves pain and builds a strong, healthy body

2. REPAIR

Next, we call on rehab expertise, isometric muscle testing, biomechanical resistance training practices and specialist exercise equipment to build a training programme bespoke to your needs.
Here we activate and improve muscle and joint function.

Injury Rehab Clinic City of London

3. STRENGTHEN

Finally, focus shifts from your old issues and you gradually gain the strength to fortify against new ones. And it all happens in an environment designed to boost your motivation in our boutique Strength House gym, in the heart of the City of London.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

I’ve trained with Greg consistently for more than three years, and it has been a transformative personal experience. I feel stronger, more alert and more confident, and as fit, physically and mentally, as I have in many years.

Greg truly knows his clients - who they are, what they are capable of, and what their goals are - and designs and manages training programmes that are best for them. Greg is expert at the science behind the training (and spends many “off-hours” learning more) and has designed his gym to make the most of his clients’ time and effort. What’s more, he’s a wonderfully positive and engaging person, someone you look forward to spending hours with and giving the most of yourself.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

I signed up to do the Gobi March a year and half ago. It was my dream to run this gruelling 250k marathon across the Gobi desert. 1 year before the race this dream was shattered due to the many injuries that I received from a bike accident. I was totally devastated and thought my dream was over. My luck changed when my physiotherapist kindly recommended Paul to me, promising me that this man was full of magic and would nurse me back to health. And he did. His approach to exercise is both inspiring and academic. His positive attitude and excellent understanding of human anatomy meant that I was able to run my dream marathon.
I have worked with a handful of injury rehab specialists but I can quite honestly say that none of them are a patch on Paul.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Tara is a unique personal trainer.  She is dedicated to each client’s well-being and personal growth.  Every session is curated to achieve her client’s goals, even when that client is a middle-aged, creaky beginner like me!
Her new bespoke gym space is sophisticated and serene, the equipment hand-picked to provide Tara with the tools to maximise the benefit of each session. What sets truly Tara apart, however, is her humility and grace. Unlike so many trainers, she focuses her undivided attention on the client and ensures that the client never feels intimidated, insecure or unsuccessful.
She has empowered me to become stronger and to live a healthier lifestyle.
I am so grateful.
