2024 Procurement Gathering

Over 30 producers, educators and school nutritional staff members gathered at the historic Butte Creek Mill to learn about the Rogue Valley Heritage Grain Project and how we can work together to support locally-grown grains making their way into schools and family kitchens! 2023 Squash-a-thon

Rogue Valley Farm to School processed 400 lbs of delicata and blue hubbard squash from Feral Farm! This farm is a seed farm, typically not utilizing the flesh of fruit grown for eating. With a program like this, we're able to glean fruit, save the seeds for the farm, and make it available for schools to buy at an affordable price! READ MORE
