From a female point of view, I'm always paranoid that mechanics want to rip me off as I don't know anything about cars.. With Rait though, I feel he's very genuine and honest. He is very good at explaining what needs to be done immediately, why it needs to be done and what can wait. That is very different from my past experiences when I have been hit with a long list of things that need to be fixed with not much explanation.

Rait was excellent to deal with. When it comes to my car and mechanical things I generally am not very tusting but I felt he is genuine and trust worthy so gave him a go. Very happy with the results so far.
