The one-time annual fee includes a physician consultation, medical marijuana recommendation, requisite follow-ups throughout the year, and placement into the Patient Registry. Medical Marijuana recommendations are valid for a year.

$70 | RENEWALS

During your renewal consultation, the physician will review a state-mandated survey regarding your medical marijuana treatment while providing additional information, advice, updates and answering questions you may have. All requisite follow-ups are included. Renewals are valid for one year.
