THE BASIC 5
Office Cleaning Program:

This includes dumping all inside waste receptacles, removing any soiled liners, replacing liners, and taking all collected trash bags to the dumpster.

As part of our restroom cleaning, we spray down all toilets, urinals, sinks, hardware, and stall walls with a hospital-grade disinfecting cleaning chemical. We also wipe clean all debris, scrub the inside bowl of the toilet, wash mirrors, and polish any stainless steel.

This process involves using an extended high duster to knock down dust and cobwebs from ceiling fans, air defusers/vents, high surfaces and corners, etc. It also includes feather dusting all shelves, desks, computers, and baseboards, knocking dust and debris to the floor, disinfecting desktops and counters, and wiping off any noticeable debris. We also wipe down entrance door windows.

Around your office space, including the kitchen, we will broom floors, corners, and baseboards. We do this using a dust mop or push broom to pick up all debris off of hard flooring. We then vacuum all floor matting and carpeted areas using extension hose and corner tools when necessary.

This process involves filling a mop bucket with water and neutral floor cleaner and hand mopping all hard surface floors if necessary with a lightly wet old fashion mop. Some surfaces will only need plain vinegar and water mopping.
Additional services available include one-time deep cleaning, commercial carpet cleaning and window washing.
We provide you with full commercial liability, workers compensation, and full bonding insurance paperwork when necessary.
We are not taking on any residential jobs at this time.
