about ME

I'm a Registered Psychologist in Vancouver who specializes in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, stress, and mood disorders in adults, adolescents, and children. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a skills-based approach found to be effective in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders. I am certified in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) by the Canadian Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (CACBT-ACTCC).

I have received specialized training in the delivery of empirically supported treatments for anxiety disorders and depression in Canada and the United States. I have published in the area of anxiety disorders and have presented my research at numerous international conferences.
