Id like to place our thanks on record for the very professional way that the three days of STEM transport from our primary school to RAF Lossiemouth was conducted by Maynes Coaches.
It was a fair size challenge, not helped by moving goalposts in terms of school numbers. And I greatly appreciate how well you coped with the entire three-day package of work.

Good Morning I would just like to sing the praises of Kevin who drove us home from Gretna on Friday 18 November. The weather was atrocious and driving conditions were hazardous. Kevin drove the coach smoothly, he updated us with traffic news, and we arrived at our destinations in good time. He was also so obliging on the whole trip and nothing was too much bother. Great service thanks.

We returned home yesterday from our break in Scotland with Newmarket holidays staying at the Highlander Hotel Newtonmore as part of the Scottish Highland Railways tour and this is where we met your coach driver " Christine ".

It is true to say that we were very fortunate to have her services because in addition to her very friendly and helpful manner - her in dept knowledge of the area / facilities was always proving valuable during the trips - infact you could easy have mistaken her for our courier as well.

The general opinion expressed amongst our group was that Christine went " above and beyond the call of duty " to ensure that we were well looked after and i can assure you that it was really appreciated what she did for us and it helped make the coach trips that much more interesting and memorable .

Hi I recently went on a small group tour of Scotland. We were 16 older women from Australia travelling with Sisterhood Womens group. I would like to highly praise the driver we had for the 2 weeks or so. His name was Ryan ( a young Scottish lad). Don't know his surname. Such a polite & accomodating young man. He was always very polite, helped us in any way he could & made us feel very safe with his excellent driving abilities. He made out trip very enjoyable & memorable. I hope you look after him. He was one of a kind.

Regarding the above 2 private hires completed on 27th and 31st July. On behalf of NCLBA please accept our thanks and appreciation for the above. Both journeys were completed proficiently ,coaches were immaculate, and driver John Paul both efficient and an excellent driver. We were picked up on time, and all stops etc were on time . We have just come back from a Brightwater Holiday trip to Mull, Staffa and Iona. Brightwater used Maynes coaches, our driver was Christine. We would just like to say how impressed we were with her driving, especially in some very tricky conditions, notably the visit to Duart castle.

Hi, we was on a holiday through Newmarket travel which used your coach. Your driver Tanya is a real star, I'm sure you know already but she is a fantastic driver, calm,smooth and unflappable (also an excellent bingo caller and quiz master). I've been on a good number of coach holidays and she is easily the best. Also how she looked after my Mum in a wheelchair was outstanding. Thank you Maynes and especially Tanya

I would just like to thank you all for the help in organising the hiring of your bus to go to Ireland. Mark was such a lovely person but his jokes were something else! I wouldn’t think twice in asking to have him drive our coach on our next visit. The coach was exceptionallly clean and comfy. I’ve added a pic of us all plus Mark to add to your wall lol.

Thank you kindly for sending me the final completed invoice. I had completed the customer feedback with 5* star review as you have all been really helpful throughout.

The gentleman driving the bus home was cheerful and lovely when he came in to let us know he had arrived for our evening guests.

I believe some were a bit worse for wear on the journey home, a bit loud and a bit spewy so I’m thankful nobody was sick on the bus and apologise for the nice bus driver putting up with all of that on the drive home.

Special thanks for continuing to drive during the amber alerts due to the winds on that day. My transport to the church was cancelled due to the winds but I made it there in the end. Really appreciate that our guests were transported safely.

We would book and use again when we need. Lovely service.
