Attics tell some interesting stories, but only if you climb in and know how to read them. This attic was a real pain to access. We love swimming through insulation as much as we love getting a first degree sunburn. BUT, attic inspections are the right thing to do and necessary. From humidity/ventilation issues, to mold discovery/prevention, to identifying leaks with accuracy, and ensuring we have good decking to nail into…the attic inspection is a CRITICAL step to ensure a successful install and a lasting roof.

Our experience with Locke & Ladder was great! They did a full tear-off & replacement, as well as about 7 windows. They offered us multiple options at every step, and were more transparent about our options than any roofer I’ve ever worked with before. They completed everything according to the promised schedule.
