During the last two years, the Moscow office of LegaLife Diaz Reus, has been actively assisting leading international and Russian clients, as usual, in the Russian Federation, but also increasingly in those jurisdictions that are not unfriendly to Russian companies. Among many new projects carried out by our clients, from China to the U.A.E, we have been assisting, for example, a major Russian client in the oil sector, KNGK-INZP, to secure new investments in the Dubai territory. 

Natalia Averkina has returned to LegaLife Diaz Reus (LLDR) as Head of Corporate Law.
