There is a reason we were voted #1 Best in Newton with Readers Choice 2020.  We prioritize your health and safety.  Our small group classes cap out at 3 people, to allow 14 feet between clients.  Each client has their own zone, own equipments, and the guidance of an expert coach.  Our small space allows us to open the front and back doors, creating maximum airflow!  If you are not comfortable working out with others at this time ask us about our 1:1 personal training, or our family training which allows up to 3 members of the same house hold to train together.  Still not ready to get into a studio?  We also offer live coaching online, with a group, or as a 1:1 appointment.  You have enough on your plate right now, let us take handle your fitness and give you one less thing to think about!

Mike Gilmore

Owner/ Head Coach

With Mike’s BA in Exercise Science and over 10,000 hours working directly with all types of clients, he has developed the skills and confidence to draw the best out of his clients every session, without overdoing it.  In his experience, the clients who are the most consistent with their training see the greatest results, so he has developed his training program with that in mind. He will push you out of your comfort zone, but will never throw anything at you he doesn’t truly believe you are capable of.

With Mike’s BA in Exercise Science and over 10,000 hours directly training clients from 1:1, small group – large group and sports team training, he has developed the skills necessary to draw the best out of each of his clients.  Mike believes, if you have health and fitness goals, consistency is your best friend. Mike will take your goals, and fitness program seriously… but that is about all. He believes that in order for a client to be consistent, they need to have a high quality experience and part of that experience means he will be himself, which is a little goofy.  For example… let’s be honest right now Mike is the only employee of this boutique training studio… which means he is currently typing this description of himself… in 3rd person… very weird. Let’s change that. I hope to meet you soon. Reaching for health and fitness goals is never easy, but with me by your side, and consistent effort, you can do it.  It will be worth it!
