The policy covers the kinds of prohibited photographs, the measures taken to protect its privacy and confidentiality, and the penalties for violating the policy. Also, the remote team is trained on the responsible usage of mobile devices and how to handle confidential and sensitive information. Thus, we ensure the privacy and confidentiality of your company’s information and prevent the unauthorized use of photographs.
We do not permit work-from-home options owing to concerns about the data security of our clients. While flexibility is important, protecting our client’s information is of utmost significance, and thus, we would never compromise it for the sake of flexibility.
We ensure a robust and thorough hiring process to minimize the chances of dissatisfaction. Additionally, we conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions before they become major problems. However, if the performance issue of the offshore staff persists, we schedule a meeting to communicate the concerns and discuss the issues directly with them. If the concerns are not addressed satisfactorily, we help you identify a suitable replacement or you may terminate the contract after following the correct termination procedures.
