Duncan S. Bremer, P.C., Attorney at Law concentrates in business transactions and real estate law, specifically in land development and usage, and also estate planning and asset protection.

Duncan has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Yale University and a JD from the University of Connecticut (with honors). In the estate planning arena, Duncan helps clients with simple or complex issues, from simple wills, living wills, and medical and financial powers of attorney to complex tax-oriented trusts, family limited liability entities and charitable giving plans.

Duncan came to Colorado in 1981 to take a job with a local law firm. Following a decade of successful legal practice in Colorado Springs, he served as County Commissioner full time for eight years, continuing his legal practice part time. In 2003, Duncan was term limited, returned to private life and rebuilt his law practice.

Since then he has built up a strong legal practice, assisting his clients with real estate, planning, business and estate matters. Clients have ranged from individuals and businesses to El Paso County and the State of Colorado. He has earned a reputation for his ability to bring warring parties to the table and reach a workable agreement on difficult issues.
