I can only recommend this rental service. Fast communication and fair approach. When we discovered a problem with brakes, they immediately provided replacement car for the rest of the day and then even better one for the rest of rental period. All of the cars were clean and tidy.

If you are looking for a reasonable, reliable and economical car rental service in KL, then this should be the company to go to.Found them through Google and communicated entirely via WhatsApp. Response was quick and easy.The car itself was a Myvi 1.5l which was clean and reliable for a family of 5 visiting KL. Transfer was done conveniently with no hassle at KLIA with communications via WhatsApp.All in all, quite happy with the car and services provided by Carsewa, Mr Alif, Mr Ayin and everyone else involved.

The proton saga that we rented was clean and serviced right before we rented it. En Alif and En Amir were both very friendly and efficient. The whole process of renting and returning the vehicle was stress free and En Alif was even kind enough to provide a car phone holder with the car. Overall, very happy with their service.

I search around the internet for my 4 days trip to KL and found carsewa, its easy and fuss free dealing with them from booking, collecting the car in KLIA2 as well as returning. Reasonable price and although the car was not brand new and shiny but it was well maintained made me worry free driving around KL with the car. Definitely i will reach to them again for my next trip to KL.

Cara layanan sangat berpuas hati, mudah untuk berkomunikasi dan senang untuk deal. I did chat on the early morning bcause I need the car urgently for my tour (last minute) which they supposed to be open at around 9AM? but they manages to respond me early before the exact open business time.(very flexible)Staff on time when delivering the car as well collect the car. It was a last minute decision to rent a car in Kuala Lumpur. I Googled and the name Carsewa was flagged. I've never used them before but reading their review I got curious. I normally use the more established names. I messaged them and Alip responded. I messaged them in the morning and they quickly responded gave choice of cars and the rates and the documents required. I provided all that and by the time I arrived at Subang Skypark the car was already waiting for me. The car was in terrific condition and dropping off the car was a breeze. I highly recommend them. Great service and reasonable rates too!

Update 2023: After discovered Carsewa last year, I can confidently say that this is my favorite car rental company thus far in Klang Valley area.This year, we rented a car for the third time (in a year gap) with Carsewa and evidently, they not only provide and maintain immaculate cars but also excellent services! We rented a car for five weeks during our holiday back in Malaysia; however, on the second week in Kuala Lumpur, we had a trip to Sabah planned for a week, so, I asked if it was okay to park the car at the airport. My concern was that the car’s battery could possibly drain (loss charge) if the engine left off for a week long. To my surprise, instead of asking me to unplug the car’s battery or give any other instructions for that matter, I was offered a collection of the car before my trip and they brought it back to the airport upon my return (without additional charge)! Now, that’s really something because for the last twenty years of my cars’ renting experiences every time we are back home, I had never came across any car rental companies (I mean independent/private companies and not the well established car rental companies you see at the airport’s arrival hall) that offer such service in Malaysia (not without hassle). So, to be offered a service that is out of ordinary is something I greatly appreciate and worth to mention here.Having said the above, those who intend to rent a car from Carsewa and bumped into this review, especially if you’re not Malaysian or never been to Malaysia before, I’d say don’t hesitate, go ahead and make your booking! Cars are in immaculate condition, professional and friendly team, and most importantly, they provide an impeccable service!Thank you so much, Alip, Yin and the two other crew members whom I’ve met but didn’t get their names! “Semoga perniagaan semakin maju, insyaAllah, ada umur, murah rezeki, kami sewa lagi”._______I rented two cars (one compact car for city use and an SUV for a short getaway to the East Malaysia) from this company and I must say that they are excellent!Booking process was fast and easy, immediate confirmation and most importantly, the cars were both in mint condition! What more ones will need other than a ‘problem-free’ car when you rent one, right? So, I say in full confidence that this company (An Flexsible) is a place to go if you need to rent a car.Pick-up and collection were smooth. I opted for the cars to be delivered to me and it was a non-issue. They brought and collected the cars according to the requested time and place; and was very flexible and accommodating when I asked for an extra hour delay for collection to which I really appreciate it.Now, after a week, I received a notification that the deposit has been refunded to my account. That was fast! considering they might need to check if there is any traffic and parking penalties.In summary, I am one very happy customer of this car rent company who would never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!
