BMS Alignment stands for Body, Mind, and Spirit Alignment. It is when these three separate parts are not in alignment that life tends to feel more challenging, chaotic, and difficult. Through this process, one may discover that some of their mental and physical ailments are rooted in unresolved emotions that were internalized due to unprocessed pain and hurt. 

We offer EMDR, hypnotherapy, and/or talk therapy in order to provide swift and transformative healing. It is our belief that everyone has their unique set of personal struggles, yet we are all meant to live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.
