Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment you are under agreement to be charged 50% of the cost of your appointment will be charged on the day of your missed appointment.
A missed appointment is defined as:
. A no-show.
. Cancelling without a 48 hour notice of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the appointment.
. Tardiness that does not allow your stylist the time needed to complete the service(s) you booked.
. PLEASE email AllisonmcTigue@gmail.com. This is the only approved way to cancel your appointment, if less than 3 days of your appointment time.
