Karibib Wine Craft

Karibib Wine Craft is a purpose-built custom crush facility housing 7 craft wine producers. A first of its kind in South Africa it is a winery where small-batch winemakers work side by side to produce wines with love and commitment. Here, on the hills of Polkadraai near Stellenbosch, the focus is hands-on winemaking. The architectural low-tech style, incorporating many “green” building techniques emphasises this move away from industrial style winemaking.
