In 2011, Inland Concrete Products, Inc. (ICP) was formed by two of the former Aztec owners: Doug Hartzheim and John Gilner. Initially manufacturing Dobies exclusively for Dayton Superior Corporation, ICP later expanded its footprint in the Dobie market by first providing the product line to another western region dealer serving the rebar fabricator community, and subsequently expanding its dealer network to include most major dealers serving the west region rebar fabricator community. 2019 brought the addition of a complete product line of plastic bar supports and plastic slab bolster. Recognizing that the market was lacking in innovation and quality, we designed a complete line of plastic accessories that provide additional features, functionality, and value to our customers. All of our plastic bar support products are state-of-the-art high-strength, high-performance products designed to meet the demanding environment created by reinforcing steel used in concrete construction.
