Harris Fitness Centre Gym is a modern, spacious, and welcoming place to work out. The gym offers a variety of ways to train. With many machines such as treadmills, ab exercise, bicycles, weights machines and more, you’ve got no excuse to skip your usual workout routine. The gym also offers free weights, yoga balls, calisthenics equipment such as pull-up bars and dipping machines and offers classes in dancing of various styles and yoga many times throughout the week.
Unlike many others gyms in Chang Mai we pride ourselves on cleanliness and maintain the high standards in terms of equipment, customer service, and value for money. Our exercise classes which include Zumba, hip-hop, and other various dance classes are all taught by trained dance professionals. The same goes for our yoga classes. In the weights training area we offer personal training services for those who really want to push their limits, and customer service staff are well-versed in both English and Thai.
