We combine field supervisors and modern technology resulting in the best quality assurance system. Field supervisors visit sites providing direct guidance and evaluating the guard’s performance. In addition to the physical presence of field supervisors, patrol activity is monitored in real-time by DMAC’s command center. GPS patrol tracking systems remotely monitor the security guard’s activity. We make sure that all security service clients receive consistent, high-quality security service.
