Ghior Government College was established on July 1, 1967. The elite social workers and educationists initiated . such noble task keeping in mind to spread the light of education in the locality. At the same time many benevolent people came for ward with helping hands to establish the college. Next the Government Nationalized the college 0n July 1, 1985. taking into consideration on the socioeconomic condition of gunning courses on Intermediate, Degree (pass) and BA (Honors).
