Some of the common Jewish cemeteries we service are Eden Memorial Park, Hillside Memorial Park, Home of Peace Memorial Park, Mount Sinai Memorial Park in both Hollywood Hills and Simi Valley, Mt. Olive Memorial Park and Shalom Memorial Park. Our funeral directors are available 24 hours a day in the event of death. Our own Jewish staff generally takes care of everything from the time of death until after the funeral service. We perform the tahara (washing and dressing) and the shmira (person who stays with the deceased and recites Psalms). The first step in making arrangements is choosing the cemetery.
