I am a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of wisdom and experience to my role as clinical therapist. A Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, I possess a comprehensive background in clinical therapy. My credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour from McMaster University and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto. Further training has been achieved through ongoing education in the following areas of expertise: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT); Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT); as well as completion of the Intensive Sex Therapy Training Program through the University of Guelph. This breadth of training and experience gives me the ability to identify and help successfully resolve a wide variety therapeutic challenges.
