Alta Carta is one of the leading sites for playing cards, worldwide. It supports a dozen languages, including English, Russian, German, and Spanish. The site contains a research section and a trade platform, where anybody can participate for free. Most interesting is the overview, which shows pictures of all playing card patterns (motives), which are still used in the western hemisphere, plus some obsolete patterns. Alta Carta also provides a service, where questions relating playing cards can be asked; also in all major languages.
