Alfa Fredensborg and addiction treatment We are a modern treatment centre with treatment methods that are always up to date. We participate and acquire the latest knowledge at conferences both at home and abroad. By keeping in touch with other international treatment centres, we ensure that the most effective and modern treatment approach is also offered in Denmark. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). We use this method throughout the one-to-one and group therapy sessions. Residents work with CBT mindmaps, exploring their hidden relapse patterns. Conditioned responses and automatic thoughts are explored here so that the resident becomes an expert on his or her own habits and thought patterns.
