Led by an Oregon native, and a Veteran Nurse, Michelle has helped many families navigate the challenging health care systems of today. At Advanced Care Life Services, our caregivers are our company, we're not just employees, we're friends! We, the home health agency in Oregon know that you're committed to providing the best care for your elderly patients, which is why we've made it our mission to support you as a company and a team. We know that to provide the best care to our elderly consumers we have to first fully support our caregivers. It is important to ACLS that our staff members get hands-on training from a licensed RN, and that they receive genuine support for a healthy work and life balance.
