We offer a variety of ways to experience the Pilates method using high quality Balanced Body equipment including reformers with towers, combo chairs, and mat with various props. Our instructors have gone through reputable comprehensive training programs requiring up to 500 hours or more of coursework and practice training hours. At 3cPilates, the instructors are encouraged to be creative with their classes and vary their workouts while following the key principles of the Pilates Method.
